Order Processing

All products are made to order. Production times typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the item and level of personalisation. This does not include delivery time.

UK Delivery

We ship orders within the United Kingdom using reliable courier and postal services. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery option selected.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays or Lost Parcels

Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds Policy (UK)

Personalised & Custom Items

Due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, personalised, engraved, and custom 3D-printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us.

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for personalised goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Personalised Items

If you purchase a non-personalised item, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return or issue has been resolved.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
